Booking Conditions

1. The Contract is directly between : Mitchinson - Reilly ( MK 14 ) and the client.
2. DEPOSIT: 20% of the weekly fee is payable at the time of booking. This is not refundable, should the booking be cancelled by the client at any time after the issue of the confirmation receipt.
3. Any change of holiday dates, either outward or return on the original booking, may constitute a cancellation of the original booking, When this occurs, payment in full can/will be effected through loss of revenue to Mitchinson – Reilly. If alternative dates are available, an administration charge of £15.00 per adult (Maximum £80.00 per booking form) will be made.
4. For other amendments such as a change of name / number basic amendments these will not be charged.
5. All amendments and/or cancellations must be informed to us in writing. The date of notification will be taken from/as the post mark on the envelope/correspondence.
6. Balance of payments must be made at least 8 weeks prior to departure date from UK. Holidays not paid for in full by that date, will be resold. If the farm/letting is not re-sold, Mitchinson - Reilly retain the right to claim full payment.
7. No monies are refundable should the booking be cancelled within 8 weeks of departure by the client, unless the holiday is resold, whereupon a refund less administration charge will be made .
8. The company is entitled to modify or change any arrangements found to be necessary outside of their control, without rendering itself financially liable in any way.
9. All breakage’s, loss or damage within or to the holiday let will result in a charge being levied for replacement or repair.
10. It is the sole responsibility of the client for the booking of his or her own travel arrangement. i.e. Flights –Insurance’s - transfers (unless otherwise notified). It is the sole responsibility, and essential, that adequate holiday insurance be obtained (accident, illness, loss of belongings, etc) by the client/clients prior to commencement of their holiday, and stay at Casa Sombre la Colina. Mitcinson - Reilly will not be liable in any way for any accidents/damage or loss of goods to the client/clients and/or their belongings.
11. The holiday let will not be available until 2.00p.m, on the day of arrival, an agent will be there to welcome you and settle you in.The holiday let must be vacated by 10.00a.m on the day of departure.
12. Under no circumstances can any other TV/Satellite programs be accessed (i.e. Box office, adult, sport, etc.) other than those provided.
13. In the event the malfunction – breakdown of Satellite TV and non- essential electrical equipment, repair or replacement can not be guaranteed within the duration of your holiday and no monitory compensation will be given.
14. All sports equipment will be maintained by Mitchinson – Reilly however in the event of breakdown, repair/ replacement can not be guaranteed within the duration of your stay, and no monitory compensation will be given.
